Jonathan Allen is the Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of EQ. He is also the President and Co-founder of Longneck & Thunderfoot (L&T), a brand publishing company incubated at the Columbia University Startup Lab in NYC. After winning an Arch Grant, he moved to St Louis in the summer of 2016.

Christina holds an M.B.A. from The University of South Florida and a B.S. from Kansas State University. Christina currently lives in New York City and works for Anheuser-Busch InBev leading brand and retail strategy in their Corporate HQ.











Sarah Dalton leads Nolan?s marketing strategy, customer relationship technologies, and firm communications efforts. Nolan provides Mergers & Acquisitions advisory services for business owners, corporations and private equity groups in all industries across the U.S. Prior to joining Nolan, Dalton worked in digital marketing roles at Edward Jones and Citibank. She earned her MBA with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL) and her bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing from Truman State University. Dalton previously taught as an Adjunct Professor in the UMSL College of Business, covering social media marketing.







Rhonda Drake




Rhonda Knehans?Drake founded Drake Direct in 1996 following more than 12 years in various information management roles. Rhonda?s background includes experience in all aspects of integrated marketing from conceptualization of strategy to test market design and implementation in roll-out. Rhonda?s experience emphasizes the importance of leveraging information to make marketing decisions. This experience has enabled her to assess the most effective and efficient ways to improve marketing efforts for her clients. Known as @MarketerMarisa, Marisa Lather is a digital marketing strategist and speaker based in St. Louis, Missouri. With an inbound marketing specialization in content creation and engagement, she develops and executes online marketing strategies that include content, social, and influencer relations to create purposeful and meaningful content for brands. She is actively engaged in the national marketing community holding as Immediate Past President of the Association of National Advertisers?Business Marketing (formerly Business Marketing Association) for the St. Louis chapter and speaking at conferences around the country.

Gabrielle Mennemeier works at Amplify Goods as an Amazon Account Manager. Amplify Goods help brands with all aspects of Amazon - launching, product page enhancement, promotions, advertisements, buyer-seller messages, inventory, and more. She graduated from University of Missouri-St. Louis in December 2018 with a Bachelors in Business Administration and an Emphasis in Marketing, as well as, a Minor in Digital Marketing Strategies.

Wesley A. Morgan is founder of Morgan Studio/East, a firm dedicated to helping companies with planning, design and execution of sustainable strategic marketing communications programs. Morgan Studio/East has enjoyed a measure of success. Highlights of this venture include a successful new product launch to HVAC industry; a trade and editorial support program for a food color ingredient manufacturer; a systematic direct marketing effort targeting healthcare decision-makers; projects ranging from strategy to copy writing/press releases.  Wes is an active member the American Marketing Association and St. Louis chapter leader. sam Nelms




After doing a full 180, and switching from Biology to Business at the University of Missouri St. Louis,Sam became highly interested in marketing and management. He graduated from UMSL in May of 2018 with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Digital Marketing. The digital program at UMSL is at the forefront of training students to enter agency level positions. Sam participated in labs where he was assigned clients, and managed a multitude of media and marketing activities such as Organic Social Media, Google Adwords Accounts, Video Production and Photography. After graduation Sam accepted a full time opportunity at Amplify Goods, LLC in the Cortex in STL. Amplify Goods manages Amazon accounts for Manufacturers and Brands. We specialize in Amazon Advertising, Listing Optimization, Keyword Research, General Account Management, Customer Service, and Shipping & Inventory management. 





Ed Reggi




I am a lifelong storyteller who has the stories to prove it. Growing up in the Big Apple, I first honed my acting by sneaking into the NBC studios. I earned my B.F.A. at Fontbonne University and moved to Chicago where I studied at The Second City and later with its? founder Paul Sills. I currently teach acting and improvisation at Center of Creative Arts (COCA) in St. Louis, Missouri. I am an Applied Improvisation Certified Practitioner which allows me to facilitate workshops using methods borrowed from improvisation. My clients include SONY, Southwest Airlines, Purina, Monsanto, Saint Louis Zoo, HealthWorks, Jewish Federation Millstone Institute and Washington University School of Medicine. I am a ghostwriter for comedians, television and internet personalities. You might catch me (portraying myself) teaching improv on Oprah?s nationally syndicated reality show, WELCOME TO SWEETIE PIE?S. I?ve been blessed to work with some of the world?s most respected veteran actors such as Paul Sills, Anna Deavere Smith, Anne Bogart, and Avery Schreiber.





Vernon Ross




Vernon is the author, speaker, podcaster and digital strategist. Vernon serves as a professor at the University Missouri St. Louis, teaching master degree level students about podcasting for the School of Business. In Addition, he chairs the Midwest Digital Marketing Conference Board. This board is responsible for driving the direction of the digital marketing program at the University. In the community, Vernon has served on the Social Media Club of St. Louis Board, Gateway to Innovation Committee & STL250 Commission respectively. His responsibilities were to educate the community about social media and how to best use it to grow your brand or your business.





Sarah Thompson




Sarah Thompson is a St. Louis-based PR, marketing and media specialist, operating her own LLC for the past 10 years after branching off on her own from a former agency. From dance, opera and theater to restaurants and wineries to education and community services, her client portfolio focuses on local nonprofits and small businesses in the areas of arts, culture and lifestyle. Sarah splits her time between her clients and media work. She is a three-time, Emmy Award-winning producer, receiving two Emmys for arts & entertainment stories and one for a commercial campaign. For the past 10 years, she has served as the weekly on-air events contributor on KMOV?s "Great Day St. Louis," weekly host of STL TV?s ?STL Live,? and host/producer of STL TV?s ?City Corner.? She was formerly an on-air host at Charter, segment producer at HEC, and community contributor for Nine Network of Public Media?s ?Stay Tuned." She continues to produce independent projects for clients and do a variety of talent work. Most recently, Sarah hosted the Advertising Club of Greater Saint Louis' Digital Symposium 2018.

Renee T Woods




Renee Thomas Woods is an Associate Professor of Communications at St. Louis Community College at Florissant Valley (STLCC-FV). She serves as the Program Coordinator for the Mass Communications Degree Program at Florissant Valley and teaches communication, media, film and journalism courses. Woods advises the Mass Communications Club and the award-winning, student-run campus publication, The Forum Newspaper. In 2018, Woods began serving as a Short Film Reviewer for the St. Louis International Film Festival. North County Incorporated previously recognized Woods as one of the ?30 Leaders in Their 30s.? She is a documentary filmmaker and has directed several plays for the STLCC-FV Theatre program.

Woods founded Communique? Public Relations, in St. Louis, MO, prior to teaching full time, and helped clients gain local and national media and community exposure. Her career began with AT&T Public Relations and Lucent Technologies in New Jersey and Chicago, IL. She earned a Masters of Arts in Communication from Saint Louis University in and a Bachelor?s in Journalism from the University of Missouri - Columbia School of Journalism. Woods will soon complete her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies with a focus on Adult Education from the University of Missouri ? St. Louis. She has presented workshops and seminars at several local and national conferences. Her past volunteer work includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Annie Malone Children and Family Services, volunteering for the St. Louis African Arts Festival, Ferguson Youth Initiative, FIRST Robotics, the Joe Torry ?Giving Back the Love? Foundation, National Urban League conferences and several projects through her membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
