I kept my 2020 ticket, how to do I register for the 2021 conference for free?

If you purchased a VIP All-Access, General, General Plus or Student ticket to the 2020 Midwest digital marketing conference and chose not to cancel your ticket and receive a refund when the conference was changed from in-person to virtual, you will receive a free ticket to the 2021 conference. You should have received an email with instructions on how to claim your free ticket on January 5, 2021. The email was sent to the email address that you used to register for the 2020 conference.  If you did not receive the instructions email or have trouble claiming your ticket, please contact our team at

Free tickets must be claimed by March 28, 2021.

How do I register for the workshop(s) included with my MDMC21 ticket?

After you purchase your MDMC21 Ultimate, Basic, or Student ticket, you will receive an email with instructions on how to register for your workshops. Ultimate tickets include 2 workshops while Basic and Student tickets include 1 workshop.  Please note that enrollment is first come, first served. If you do not receive the instructions on how to register for you workshops within 24 hours of ticket purchase or have trouble registering, please email our team at

Can I register for more than 2 workshops?

No, due to high demand the maximum number of workshops any ticket holder can attend is two. This year workshops will not be available for purchase separately. Please note that workshops are offered as a part of the basic, ultimate and student tickets only.    Enrollment is first come, first served.  You can select your preferred dates and times once you begin the ticket purchasing process. 

Do You Offer Discounts for Groups?

Yes, if you are purchasing 8 or more tickets for your company, you qualify for a 10% discount of the total purchase price. We also offer 2 new group packages:

How do I apply to speak at MDMC21?

Our call for speakers our 2021 conference has closed. We are always looking for new speakers each year though and would love for you to apply for MDMC22. The call for speakers for 2022 should be live around August/September. Please make sure to subscribe to our email list to be notified when our next call for speakers goes live.

Where can I access the presentation decks after the conference?

All MDMC21 Basic, Ultimate and student ticket holders will receive access the presentation decks on the day the session is released.


What is the refund policy?

You may cancel your participation at any time UP TO 2 WEEKS prior the conference (5 pm CST, April 12, 2021) when all plans must be finalized on our end. In doing so you will receive your full purchase price less a 20% administration fee.

If you cancel after 5 pm CST on April 25, 2021, you will receive a 35% refund or you can pass along your ticket to a friend with our notification. Please realize costs for such venues are extremely high. Contact if you need a refund or wish to transfer your ticket over to another colleague.


What the MDMC code of conduct?

Midwest Digital Marketing Conference is committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for all participants at all conference venues and conference-related social events. All sponsors, speakers, attendees, media, exhibitors, vendors, staff and other participants must respect common sense rules for public behavior, respecting others, common courtesy, and respect for private property. Physical, written, verbal or other abuse, intimidation, bullying, threats, harassment, stalking, or use of any physical force whatsoever against any person, which in any way creates a disturbance, that is disruptive or dangerous, or creates apprehension in a person, as determined by Midwest Digital Marketing Conference, in their sole discretion, will not be tolerated. Midwest Digital Marketing Conference reserves the right to revoke, without refund, the badge of any attendee not in compliance with this Code of Conduct.
