Kate Garofalini oversees the global ecommerce and mobility in the Johnson & Johnson Technology organization – a group of innovative leaders transforming what it means to be a digital healthcare company. Her focus is building a sustainable model that will drive innovation, speed-to-market and customer satisfaction.

Prior to J&J, she was Marketing Director at Dstillery, a predictive data analytics startup in NYC. During her time there she focused on strategic positioning, thought leadership and growth marketing, developing a team to build their digital presence.

She has nearly a decade of experience as a strategic marketer in the digital space across various industries including technology, healthcare publishing and luxury retail. She graduated from Rutgers University and went on to receive a certificate from NYU.

Passionate about supporting young professionals, she is committed to wiSTEM, an initiative to educate and empower women with the resources to be successful in STEM fields.
