If you are leveraging banner ads, search ads, and a mix of other marketing channels to drive sales, it is difficult to know how to maximize your return on your investment (ROI). In the past, you needed data scientists to build complex marketing mix models to solve these problems, but just this year Google released Meridian, a new open-source tool that handles much of the complexity for you.
This session is geared towards marketers with a foundational understanding of data analytics. We will build a working Meridian model in Google's Colab environment. We will go over setting up the Meridian code in Colab using Python, build your datasets, and understand the results. Bring your laptop, and make sure you have an active Google account (like Gmail), as this will be a working session.
