Parking

Union Station offers discounted parking for both days of the conference. Further details TBA.

 

Hotels

The University of Missouri – St. Louis on behalf of MDMC has set aside a certain number of hotel rooms at various hotels in the immediate area of the conference at discounted rates. Specific discount rates TBA.

 

When can I pick up my conference badge?

When you come in the North Entrance of St. Louis Union Station, the first thing you will see is registration. There will be 3 registration areas to pick up your badges, general registration, VIP registration, and speaker and sponsor registration.

Pre-Registration Badge Pickup will be available.

What is the conference Schedule?

The official full schedule will be published after January 15, 2019. Speakers, session titles and descriptions will be announced November 2018.

 

How much does it cost to attend MDMC18 (Midwest Digital Marketing Conference)?

The full-price General pass is only $169 for the 2-day event, the full-price General Plus Pass is $229 and the full-price VIP - All-Access Pass is $349. You can view what is included in each pass level on the tickets page and the discount schedule. 

This conference, though not an academic conference, is produced by a public univeristy. As such, our mission is to provide an extradionary conference that provides content equal to those of industry leading conferences and is valued at over $1,000 a ticket for only a fraction of the cost. We strive to keep our costs low so that no matter who you are, your career level, company size, or industry experience you can attend a very high quality digital conference. In addition, all proceeds of the Midwest Digital Marketing Conference go to the #MDMC Marketing Scholarship Fund, a UMSL Undergraduate Marketing Scholarship.

IMPORTANT: There will be NO registration at the door.

Corporate Discounts

If a company purchases 8 or more tickets for their employees they will receive a 10% discount. Contact the registration team at info@bestmarketingconference.com for assistance in registering 8 or more employees.

Student Tickets Available!

All active college students with a valid student id from UMSL, Washington University, SLU, etc. can register for $50. But this offer is limited to the first 100 only. 

 

I wish to send multiple people from my company to the conference, can I get a discount?

Yes, if you are sending 8 or more from your company you can receive a 10% discount. Please contact info@bestmarketingconference.com for details and how to register.

 

Do UMSL faculty, staff alumni receive a discount?

Unfortunately, as of last year, we do not offer discounts to alumni, faculty or staff. Our price for this 2-day event featuring guest speakers from Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Google and more at $169 is already extremely competitive. We appreciate your support!

 

I work for a non-profit, can I receive a discount?

Unfortunately, as of last year, we do not offer discounts to nonprofits. Please realize our price for this 2-day event featuring guest speakers from Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Google and more at full price of only $169 is already extremely competitive. We appreciate your support!

 

Will you offer live streaming?

Yes we will but not specifically focused on 100% of all content. Live streamers will be roaming the venue capturing what is happening in various breakout sessions, keynotes, the exhibitor hall, and other fun events going on.

How do I register?

When I pay by credit card, what company name will show up on my statement?

The company name on your statement will be University of Missouri – St. Louis.

 

What meals are included with my registration?

Those holding full conference passes will have access to afternoon coffee on day 1 plus morning and afternoon refreshments on day 2. Lunch will not be provided as a part of the ticket price. However, 15 -20 food trucks will available from the hours of 11:00 am until 1:30 pm both days. Special meal rates have been negotiated with the food trucks.

 

What is the refund policy?

You may cancel your participation at any time UP TO 2 WEEKS prior the conference (5 pm CST, April 2, 2019) when all plans must be finalized on our end. In doing so you will receive your full purchase price less a 20% administration fee.

If you cancel after 5 pm CST on April 2, 2019, you will receive a 35% refund or you can pass along your ticket to a friend with our notification. Please realize costs for such venues are extremely high. Contact info@bestmarketingconference.com if you need a refund or wish to transfer your ticket over to another colleague.

 

Can I send a substitute in my place?

You may send a substitute in your place at any time. But you must contact our offices to notify us of this. Please email info@bestmarketingconference.com.

 

What is the dress code?

Conference attire is business casual for all events. And we do recommend you bring a sweater or light jacket and conference halls can get chilly.

 

Will I receive event updates?

Yes, MDMC will send emails periodically to update you on the agenda, event happenings and logistics. Please make sure that the email address you register with is correct and that info@bestmarketingconference.com are in your safe senders list to ensure you are receiving all important event information.

 

How can I sponsor MDMC18?
