Web Developer

Amplified Digital is looking for an experienced full stack website developer and designer to join our talented team!

We are expecting you to have a strong understanding of the latest industry trends and content management systems (CMS). The role is responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client’s specifications. Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation. An understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred.

Position Requirements:

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, & WordPress (or other CMS applications like Drupal or Joomla)

Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.

2+ years of experience in design, web development or CMS

Ability to manage multiple projects at once, while accurately setting and meeting deadlines

Problem solver with the ability to think outside the box

Experience manipulating and customizing CMS themes

PPC/Programmatic Campaign Manager

Amplified Digital delivers integrated digital marketing solutions to clients that draw on expertise across multiple disciplines, including B2B and B2C marketing, branding & awareness, programmatic display, search engine marketing (SEO/PPC), reputation management, creative services, website development, and social media marketing.

The PPC/Programmatic Campaign Manager will work with the Digital Client Services team to plan and oversee PPC campaigns as a part of larger, fully integrated marketing campaigns.

Campaign Success Manger

As a Success Manager, you will collaborate with our sales and fulfillment teams, as well as clients to strategize digital solutions based on market analysis and client goals. The success manager will provide strategic recommendations based on campaign analysis, ensuring ongoing client retention. The success manager must develop relationships with the sales teams and clients to ensure the campaigns meet key performance indicators and meet and achieve client goals. This includes assessing campaign trends, facilitating campaign performance discussions, and identifying new advertising techniques to further our client’s digital marketing needs.

Responsibilities:

Learn/Develop a strong understanding of Amplified Digital’s product offerings, as well as a strong understanding of Google Analytics

Work closely with sales, planning and fulfillment teams to analyze a client’s digital presence and create a strategic digital media plan and proposal based on market analysis, insights and client goals.

These may include: media strategies, clearly outlined plans, statements/scopes of work, budgets and timelines, vision and creative briefs with messaging.

Consult with media planners and creative teams to develop creative briefs for media plans and proposals.

Post campaign launch, ensure that sales team members and clients have access to, and understand the campaign reporting.

Assist the sales teams in setting client expectations as they relate to campaign/project requirements, design, development and delivery.

Support revenue initiatives by understanding client goals and identifying opportunities for growth; modifying media plans to ensure they continue to meet key benchmarks and client goals.

Participate in, and occasionally lead client conference calls, follow up meetings and campaign analysis meetings with clients.

Review and analyze campaign reporting and identify optimization opportunities, as well as new tactics to ensure the campaign is reaching client’s goals.

Proactively troubleshoot performance issues using digital best practices and benchmarks.

Research and stay up-to-date with what client competitors are doing, industry news and technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to the client.

Requirements and Qualifications:

2-5 years agency experience preferred.

2-4 year college degree, preferably in related field.

Achieve and maintain Google Analytics certification.

Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.

Ability to analyze and interpret reporting data and make strategic recommendations to improve performance.

Ability to identify issues within a campaign and work quickly to resolve.

Client Strategist

The Client Strategist provides the company with oversight and management of assigned client accounts, in addition to strategic support and client customer service alongside Coegi team-members. This person is responsible for the smooth onboarding and continued success of assigned clients and the performance of specified campaigns. In this role, the Client Strategist will provide campaign performance analysis, optimization insights, consultation for marketing strategy and hands-on support for client campaigns as necessary.

Duties:

Be thoroughly familiar with the objectives, campaign set-up, performance and analysis/reporting of assigned clients across programmatic and social campaigns

Provide oversight with the optimization and management of client campaigns in order to meet established KPIs and client expectations

Serve as an additional point of contact for the client in regard to campaign strategy, analytics and ongoing optimizations

Be an internal resource for Account Managers and Specialists for assigned clients, providing strategic insights that result in increased client satisfaction and business

Work with team-members to consult assigned clients in regard to marketing technology and the use of data

Develop POVs, analytical reports and other collateral as needed to educate and inform assigned clients of industry trends or provide insights on Coegi managed campaigns

Requirements:

Must have at least 3 years of industry experience in a relevant role such as business/account management or media strategy 

Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing account management role

Must have exceptional customer service skills and adaptability to manage multiple projects 

Must be certified on multiple analytics and/or marketing platforms

Programmatic Specialist

The Programmatic Specialist is responsible for the implementation, management and optimization of campaigns at Coegi. In this role, this person executes effective and innovative programmatic (display, video, mobile and native) campaigns. The Programmatic Specialist is responsible for developing monthly reporting for clients, as well as developing best practices for programmatic campaign management, in conjunction with management.

DUTIES:

Works in Coegi’s platforms to setup campaigns and ensure success across the lifetime of the campaign

Monitors pacing and performance of campaign portfolio across all programmatic platforms

Actively participates in training across multiple platforms

Create customized reports for clients across all campaigns and platforms

Review the status and performance of campaigns with the Programmatic Manager on a regular basis

Provides programmatic bidding expertise and research for the Director of Programmatic Operations and/or Client Strategist on new business calls and client presentations

Promote the external marketing of Coegi by developing timely blogs, white papers and case studies

Evaluates and develops strategies for the implementation of emerging technology platforms, in conjunction with management

Requirements:

Must be a self-starter that takes personal responsibility for education in relevant digital marketing

Must have experience with Google Marketing Platform or DV360

Must have familiarity and experience with trafficking 3rd party creative tags, implementing tracking pixels and tag management solutions like Google Tag Manager

Must have familiarity and experience with both direct-response and brand marketing

Must be able to multi-task, be detail oriented, organized and analytical

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Superior skills with computers, specifically Excel and/or other software to leverage statistical analysis

Social Video Specialist

The Social Video Specialist reports to the Director of Digital Engagement and is in charge of planning, executing and reporting of social video paid promotional campaigns for Shareable clients. The Specialist joins the Director of Digital Engagement in discovering needs from clients and helping craft an overall ongoing video strategy. The Specialist works with Video Producers to provide strategic creative and platform recommendations while working with the Project Coordinator for coordination of assets for distribution of content on behalf of the client in associated media campaigns/reporting. Further creative influence dependent on performance and collaboration with Shareable team but opportunities abound. More specifically, ongoing responsibilities include the following:

Manages contextual paid media campaigns across social platforms including (but not limited to) YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. 

Coordinates with Project Coordinator to optimize workflow for retainer clients to track video programs in each stage from concept to delivery.

Assists Director of Digital Engagement in identifying and tracking program objectives, audiences and KPIs.

Assists in audience research including personas, values and trends to provide insights to Producers and Director of Digital Engagement to better inform creative pitches and strategies.

Runs point on team documents, including video upload spreadsheet, content calendars, and media plans. This includes communicating with the Project Coordinator on post-production scheduling and milestones.

Consults with Production team to collaborate on and to ensure that best practices are communicated and woven in for each step of production.

Supports client communication to convey performance for video/associated campaigns with insights, and to address upcoming projects and goals.

Educates team on trends across social content to inform and optimize content.

Our ideal candidate is profiled as follows:

2-5 years managing organic and paid digital campaigns in agency setting (including SEM, mobile, display, SEO, e-mail, and social media, as well as an understanding for how code and goal tracking works).

Google Ads/Analytics certified. Strongly preferred: previous experience managing TrueView.

Ability to write copy and descriptions for social video posts following brand guidelines is a plus. Willingness to engage brand community in comments is a double plus. 

Strongly preferred: digital native who geeks out for social video – have favorite channels or maintain your own? We want to talk.

Solid understanding of leveraging tools and monitoring metrics in order to know when efforts are working but also to know when to change direction.
