Sponsorship Packages and Benefits

Title Brand Experience Package ($5,000) 

• 60 second video to be played at beginning of the day before the first panel session in the morning and again in the
• 20 MDMC Event Tickets. (value $3,980)
• Five minute lunch thank you shout-out that you may use.
• Logo listed on MDMC Sponsorship page and digital program.
• 1 sponsored email to the MDMC email list (content provided by sponsor and must be approved by the MDMC team. Will be sent through MDMC's email marketing platform as a sponsored email broadcast)
• 3 pre-event, 1 during event, and 1 post-event Social Media Mentions
• Reserved tables at lunch for up to 3 tables with 8 per table to be used for company employees or guests..
• Expanded Sponsor Listing on Website - in addition to your company description, include information such as Videos, Job Openings, FAQs, Contact Information.
• 1 featured prize giveaway:
  • Sponsors will receive attendee information who register for the giveaway. Please note attendees will be notified of and are aware that by entering the contest they are sharing their information with the sponsor or exhibitor, we require all our sponsors and exhibitors to follow GDPR laws and the California Consumer Privacy Act by requesting confirmation of opt-in before you continue to contact attendees.
